PromoLink provides comprehensive support to agencies, including a dedicated account manager, 24/7 customer service, and access to a knowledge base with helpful resources. Our team is always available to assist with any questions or issues that may arise.
PromoLink offers numerous benefits for agencies, including access to a large pool of qualified promoters, streamlined campaign management tools, and real-time reporting. Our platform also ensures transparency and efficiency, helping agencies run successful activations with ease.
You can register your agency directly through the PromoLink website or mobile app. After signing up, you’ll gain access to your dashboard where you can post jobs, manage promoter applications, and view analytics. The registration process is instant and requires a R350 monthly subscription to activate your account—there’s no lengthy approval period.
PromoLink allows all agencies to begin posting jobs immediately after subscribing. However, our team reviews job listings to ensure compliance with platform rules. Agencies found posting misleading, inappropriate, or exploitative content may be suspended or banned without notice.

We can list almost all types of promotions
You can also filter your listings by promoter criteria such as race, gender, age range, location, and experience level.
Our filtering system allows you to search and shortlist promoters based on specific criteria including:
- Gender, race, and age
- Experience level
- Location radius
- Past ratings from other agencies
You’ll also be able to view each promoter’s Z-Card, which includes their images, bio, and verified contact details.
The R350 subscription fee is billed monthly on the date you signed up. Currently, billing is processed via Stripe. If you cancel, your account will remain active until the end of your billing period. You can re-subscribe at any time, but features will be locked when your subscription expires.
At this time, there is no formal "pause" feature. If you don’t want to be charged, you’ll need to cancel your subscription before your next billing date. We’re working on a pause option for future updates.
You can edit job listings, close applications, or mark positions as filled from your agency dashboard. Jobs that are already underway cannot be deleted until they are completed. You’ll receive alerts when promoters apply, and can manage communication directly through the platform.
As the agency, you’re responsible for paying promoters. PromoLink does not handle or guarantee payments as of yet.
You are able to see the bank details of the booked promoters through the dashboard.
Promoters are encouraged to rate agencies, so timely and fair payment builds your reputation on the platform.
We take all reports seriously. If a promoter reports your agency for issues such as non-payment, inappropriate behavior, or fraudulent activity, our team will investigate. Verified complaints may result in penalties, temporary suspension, or removal of your account.
Yes. Once a promoter applies, you can view their Z-Card which includes verified phone numbers, photos, and bios. You can contact them directly via phone, WhatsApp, or email before making a final booking decision.
