Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems. At PromoLink, we respect your privacy and are committed to honoring valid data deletion requests in a timely and transparent manner.

To request the deletion of your data, please email us at tyler.promotionza.co.za with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include your full name and the reason for your request.

What happens after you submit your request:

Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond with one of the following:

• If no legal exceptions apply, we will delete your data and confirm via email.

• If your request falls under an exception, we will notify you with a clear explanation of why we cannot delete your data.
